In partnership with the Volusia Manufacturers' Association and the Southeast Manufacturing & Technology Coalition, the Daytona Regional Chamber presents Manufacturing & Technology Day. This program is designed to strengthen the talent pipeline across the Daytona Beach region in the manufacturing and technology sectors for both current and future needs.
Student Career Immersion Program: 10am-1pm
Collaborating with Volusia County Schools, students from across the region will participate in a career immersion event from 10am - 1pm. These future members of the workforce will have the chance to explore career paths with companies right here in our community, hear from industry leaders who will describe the opportunities available, and visit one of our local manufacturing sites to see the operation in action.
Adult Job Fair: 2:30-5:30pm
Joining forces with CareerSource Brevard Flagler Volusia, these same organizations will hold a job fair from 2:30pm - 5:30pm to fill immediate and near future needs by connecting with current jobseekers. Although the job fair will be free to attend, jobseekers must register in advance.
