BOOST Your Business Series - "Creating Businesses That Last: How Front-End Marketing and Back-End Systems Must Work Together to Scale"

Join us for the 2026 BOOST Your Business Training Series where you will learn from expert presenters how to give your business the leg up that you need to grow and thrive.

Presenter: Joanna Sherrow, Founder/CEO, EmpowerSoft & author of Closing the Growth Gap: The D.A.B.A.O. System for Scalable Business Growth

Session Overview:

This training is designed for established, growth-stage businesses that are generating leads, running campaigns, and investing in visibility but lack the backend customer relationship management and follow-up infrastructure to support that growth.

What attendees will learn:
- Why strong marketing alone does not equal scalable growth
- Where leads and opportunities are commonly lost after the first click, call, or form
- How misalignment between marketing and CRM quietly kills conversion and retention
- The role of customer journey mapping in scaling without chaos
- What systems must exist on the backend to support front-end demand

Who this session is for:

- Businesses already investing in marketing
- Service-based and professional businesses scaling operations
- Owners who suspect they’re losing leads but don’t know where
- Leaders ready to move from reactive follow-up to structured systems

This session is practical, non-technical, and execution-focused, giving members clarity on how to connect their marketing efforts to real, trackable revenue through better systems and implementation.

Cost:

  • Active Members of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce: $10.
  • Future Members: $20.

Registration:

Registration is required for this event. Active members of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce can register at the discounted rate of $10, while future members can secure their spot for $20. Limited seats available.
