Kristin J. Weiss, CCE, IOM, is the President & CEO of the 5-Star Accredited Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she leads regional business advocacy, member engagement, and strategic initiatives to strengthen the local economy. With more than two decades of experience in chamber leadership with two prior chambers in Texas, non-profit management, and business development, she is known for building collaborative partnerships and driving measurable results for the business community.
Kristin holds the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation, has completed the Center for Chamber of Commerce Excellence program at Texas A&M University (2023), and is a 2024 graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Southeast Institute of Organization Management, where she received her IOM. Starting July 2026, she will also serve on the CCE Commission with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE).
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Kristin is an enthusiastic supporter of the Aggies and the Houston Astros and remains actively connected to her alma mater. Outside of work, she and her husband, Charlie, enjoy traveling, cycling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with their four grown children, two granddaughters and their dog, Emmeline.
